A customer support center is currently under development. It will consist of an automated request line. You will be contacted by Email or phone as the support ticket is handled.
If you are covered under our maintenance agreement, you are entitled to free customer support.
Technical and functional problems with your site are always free. If you need maintenance or updates under a no maintenance contract the following charges will be applied to your account:
Any text change within the current structure of your site: $10.00 per change.
Additional pages: $35.00 per page using existing site structure.
Image Scanning: $3.00 per image (includes optimizing for the web and placement on a page.)
For complete redesign, request quote.
