All change for menswear this January

City-hopping is also hot right now, and the Fall 2017 menswear circuit will feature multiple calendar changes, such as Moschino taking to Milan to unveil its menswear collection for the first time during Jeremy Scott's tenure as creative director for the luxury Italian house, on January 14. The brand will use the opportunity to reveal its women's pre-fall collection on the same day. Meanwhile WWD reports that US brand Coach, which has shown for the last three seasons at London Collections: Men, is opting out this year and heading back to New York for a special show on December 8, which will simultaneously debut the brand's 2017 collection and honor its 75th anniversary and new Fifth Avenue store.

Net-A-Porter and Mr Porter have Christmas all wrapped up with new holiday campaign

Luxury online retailers Net-A-Porter and Mr Porter have joined forces on a new animated holiday campaign. Titled 'Gifts All Wrapped Up', the campaign plays on both of the brands' high-end shopping experiences and easy and stylish global delivery options. Illustrator Simone Massoni and animation studio Animade are behind the campaign, which covers both print and digital elements and will launch alongside the brands' new specially edited online gift shops ahead of the festive season.

US fashion brand Coach teams with Parisian retailer Colette for ‘multifaceted partnership’

American luxury fashion company Coach has joined forces with eclectic Parisian retailer Colette for a multifaceted partnership that will soon see the duo launch a kid's capsule collection. The Coach 1941 x colette collection — a collaborative effort between Coach creative director Stuart Vevers and Colette cofounder Sarah Andelman — will launch at the Colette concept store in Paris on Rue Saint-Honoré.

Charitable fashion initiatives for May

On May 10, the brand will launch its annual social media campaign resulting in donating 100,000 pairs of shoes to disadvantaged children in 10 countries. All you have to do to take part is publish a public photo on Instagram of either your own TOMS shoes or your bare feet accompanied by the hashtag #withoutshoes. May is Skin Cancer Awareness Month, and to help the cause, J. Crew is partnering with Melanoma Research Alliance and The Skin Cancer Foundation, donating a portion of the sale price of every J.Crew swimsuit sold to each organization throughout the month.

Moschino collaborates with Nintendo to create ‘Super Moschino’ collection

The Italian luxury fashion house has teamed up with Nintendo for a collection inspired by the Super Mario Bros. series. To celebrate the 30th anniversary of the iconic Mario character, Moschino and Nintendo will launch a “Super Moschino” collection on December 5, it was announced. The collection consists of t-shirts, sweaters, bags, belts and accessories featuring graphics of Mario, Luigi, Princess Peach, coins, stars and mushrooms.

Calvin Klein to launch ad campaign for new ck2 perfume

Calvin Klein will launch a worldwide ad campaign for its new perfume “ck2,” first for the Travel Retail market in December and then to the international market in February 2016. Puerto Rican photographer Ryan McGinley shot the campaign, which features new talents like Victoria Brito, Dakota Garrett, Luka Sabbat, Erin Eliopulos, Kyle Mobus, Sung Jin Park, and twins Baylee Soles and Kelsey Soles. Calvin Klein has called on consumers to celebrate being in love with the hashtag #the2ofus, where they can vie for the chance to feature in an upcoming Calvin Klein ad by posting relevant photos.

Ex-child star Mary-Kate Olsen marries French banker Sarkozy

Former child star and fashion designer Mary-Kate Olsen has married Frenchman Olivier Sarkozy – the half-brother of former French President Nicolas Sarkozy – in a quiet New York ceremony, her former “Full House” TV co-star said on Monday. Bob Saget, who appeared with Olsen and her twin sister Ashley on the 1990s U.S. television comedy, confirmed reports during an appearance on NBC's “Today” show that the two had wed. It is the first marriage for Olsen, and the second for Sarkozy, who has two children.
