London Collections Men: Coach channels youthful rebellion for spring 2017

The New-York-based brand presented its spring/summer 2017 menswear collection on the final day of London men's shows, Monday, June 13. Coach tore up conventions in homage to rebellious youth, with an audacious and eclectic collection revisiting American wardrobe staples with a fresh, fun feel. Stuart Vevers, Coach creative director since 2013, unveiled a new menswear collection to an audience of fashion icons, including Kate Moss, who took in one of the most eagerly awaited shows of the British capital's latest menswear week.

Ralph Lauren to launch new fragrance collection inspired by the experience of travel

Ralph Lauren is set to launch a collection of 10 fragrances inspired by luxury travel reports WWD. The collection has been inspired by travel destinations, rather than just ingredients, with names conjuring glamorous and exotic locations including Riviera Dream, Legacy of English Elegance, Song of America, Portrait of New York, and Treasure of Safari.

London Collections Men: Belstaff goes full throttle with spring/summer 2017 menswear

The British brand presented a carefree spring/summer 2017 collection on the London catwalk, Sunday, June 12, drawing inspiration from a Steve McQueen movie. Leather was firmly on the agenda, as well as suede, denim and patterns inspired by motorcycle racing. The latest Belstaff collection is inspired by the Bruce Brown movie, “On Any Sunday,” starring Steve McQueen and released in 1971.

CORRECTED: British Vogue’s Alexandra Shulman to release diary documenting the magazine’s centenary year

Entitled, “Inside Vogue: A Diary Of My 100th Year,” the memoir will document the behind-the-scenes story of Shulman's life during the magazine's landmark anniversary. Commenting on what fans can expect from book Shulman said, “It's written completely contemporaneously. As well as including details on the preparations behind the magazine's 100th issue Shulman will also record important moments from the year surrounding the centennial issue including the opening of the National Portrait's landmark “Vogue 100, A Century of Style” exhibition and the filming of a BBC documentary on the magazine which is due to air in the fall.
