Sun's out, tongues out. Mabel is an itty bitty pug residing in New York City. She is also the queen of Instagram with her many fashionable outfits. The pretty lady also always has her best accessory prominently displayed: her tongue. Since she was a puppy, Mabel has been donning fashionable outfits. At this point, she is completely used to them.
