Lauren even enclosed a handwritten gift card. In conjunction with releasing its fourth-quarter earnings report for 2015, Ralph Lauren Corp. (ticker: RL) saw its stock get hammered — or if you prefer, dashed on the head with a polo mallet.

80s-inspired fashion show draws four-legged models

Among this year's models was Asiago, a 10-year-old Yorkshire Terrier who was given up by his owner to a no-kill shelter that is part of the Alliance. Asiago was presented in an elaborate hand-built carriage and shown by Stephanie Mattera, a spokeswoman for the alliance.
