The Duchess of Cambridge, Kate Middleton, will appear on the cover of the 100th anniversary edition of the British version of fashion magazine Vogue, following in the path of her husband's late mother, Princess Diana. Late on Saturday Vogue revealed the cover of its June edition on its website, which goes on sale on Thursday, showing a smiling Kate in a rural outdoors setting wearing a green hat, brown jacket and white blouse. “I am hugely grateful that we have been able to continue with our tradition of outstanding royal portraiture,” Vogue editor-in-chief Alexandra Shulman said.

Chloé draws on dance and plays with contrasts for fall 2016 collection

After unveiling its “Sun 2016” collection for the summer season, luxury brand Chloé has lifted the lid on the inspirations and key pieces in store for its autumn wardrobe, with a series of looks inspired by dance and contrasts. Rather than drawing directly on dance, it's the sporty, athletic side of the art and its physical practice that have inspired Cholé's fall collection, which features a series of loose, flowing looks. Although evidently autumnal, the collection's silhouettes evolve to follow the different stages of a dancer's regime, from studio warm-ups to onstage performances.

From Diana to Rihanna: exhibition pays homage to the women who wore Dior

France's Christian Dior Museum, housed in the fashion designer's childhood home in Granville, Normandy, is holding a summer exhibition entitled “Women in Dior – Sublime Elegance of a Portrait,” May 5 to September 25, 2016. The exhibition pays homage to the stylish women — princesses, First Ladies, fashion icons, movie stars, musicians and more — who have worn garments designed by the French fashion house, exploring the relationship between the different Dior pieces and their famous wearers. “Women in Dior – Sublime Elegance of a Portrait,” organized by fashion historian and curator Florence Müller, honors these famous figures and the key moments in their lives that saw them create an unbreakable bond with the Dior pieces they wore.
