Iris Apfel to launch collection with Macy’s INC

The 94-year-old American businesswoman and fashion legend has been creating a collection with Macy's INC International Concepts brand, set for launch in September 2016, according to WWD. The collection, entitled “Iris Meets INC” will contain 40 pieces, each inspired by Apfel's iconic 60s Mod style. Macy's, reports WWD, is focusing on attracting a younger audience who respond well to Apfel's unusual, unabashed sense of fashion, confirming the adage that true style has no age limit.
